An Early Alpha Is Taking Shape

An early alpha of Agora is now usable internally. It is intentionally narrow: a single flow, a small set of officials, a handful of issues.

The purpose of this version is not to ship, but to make the idea concrete enough that it can be argued with. We expect to rebuild large parts of it before anyone outside the team sees it.
